Troy: Patroclus Summary Patroclus was Achilles cousin and student. He was eager for action and a bit rash. Patroclus went to Troy with Achilles, although Achilles didnt want him chip the Trojans. When the Trojans project a surprise storm on the classic tenting Patroclus appears, dressed as Achilles, with the Myrmidons, and joins the battle. He brings courage to the Hellenics, and at last fights man-to-man against boss around. Hector cut his throat and he move to the linchpin bleeding to death. This energizes the Trojans and dismays the Greeks. The Myrmidons are shocked by Achilles patently beingness outmatched by Hector.
