I pass on introduce this lesson to 7-9 years old students (2nd grade). At the end of the lesson I volition provide a reversesheet and they should be able to match the hero with his/her accomplishments scoring a minimum of 75%. Materials: Technology, worksheet, pencils, erasers, Classroom board, Book Barack Obama Of Thee I Sing A Letter to My Daughters Illustrated by: Loren Long Classroom Board inducing: Students impart list to the song My Country Tis of Thee the first 2 verses while they derive up with any American Heroes they spang or hear about. I will introduce the keep and will inform the students that at the ratiocination of the book they will be asked to off a try out on some of the heroes and what they accomplished.
