Rudeness, impatience,and judgmental remarks are very damaging to your company image. Workers who arepoorly trained or dont know about your product or service serve no purpose andlet down customers. Lies, dishonesty, and promises that are disturbed costcompanies a lot of business when you look at the long run. Ask your workers ifthey would recommend your product or service to their family and friends. Ifyour people lack confidence in your company, you need to find out why and fix it.
